Detailed program:
2.30pm - 4.30pm: visit to the Craftsman workshops in Bourj Hammoud.

4.30pm - 5.30pm: presentation of the newly published book "Leather Artisans of Bourj Hammoud" and extract readings on how Bourj Hammoud developed as an artisanal hub through its inhabitants, and contributed to prosperity in Lebanon.

5.30pm – 6.30pm: talk with the artisans and the trainees of the leather workshop organized by Badguèr to share their personal journeys to success and the process of creating masterpieces. Techniques and traditions. 

6.30pm - 7pm: pause café. 

7pm - 8 pm: videos projection: the craftsmen of today - short documentary on traditional crafts.

8.30 pm : soirée orientale variée de tarab sur les notes du oud de Fouad el Assaad et  de percussion de Joseph Moussa et la voix de Jalal Nehné ($10 musicians charge).
