Beirut Physical Lab Presents "Frame مؤقت"

Beirut Physical Lab (BPL) is proud to present Frame, a one-of-a-kind performance showcasing 12 emerging artists from its vibrant community. This unmissable event will take place on Friday, January 24, at 8:30 PM at Masrah Al Madina.

Frame مؤقت is more than just a performance—it is a collaboration. It is a space for artistic expression and research, bringing together Lebanese artists to share their stories and experiences through movement. The performers are alumni of BPL’s signature BeiRoot Bodies program, a physical theater training initiative launched in 2021. Over three editions, the program has trained more than 40 artists, fostering the next generation of performers in Lebanon.

This year’s performance is a unique convergence of talent, featuring participants from all three editions of BeiRoot Bodies. Through Frame, each artist will present scenes inspired by their personal stories and everyday life in Lebanon. These pieces delve into socially relevant themes, blending individuality with collective expression. Complementing these solo works are group choreographies that celebrate collaboration and the supportive spirit of the dance world.
