Mary has been an inspiration to me for many years, not only as a religious figure present in the three major Abrahamic religions, but also as a source of strength and hope for women and mothers throughout history.This exhibition showcases my latest works, including paintings, Lino Prints and revisited sculptures of Mary, reimagined as a woman, not only a mother in a contemporary context. Through this exhibition, I aim to offer a unique perspective on this timeless figure exploring what it would mean if she were born today in a modern world.
