Two Suspended Women المعلقتانis a Lebanese black comedy that aspires to be the meeting point between realism and absurdity in a language that blends sarcasm, existential concepts, and the aesthetic of poetry.

The theatrical work depicts a space where the conditions of reality have been exhausted inside an elevator that borrows human qualities and tries to get away in time, in the guts of two women physically stuck in the bowels of the elevator above the ground, and in psychological suspensions at a stage.

The work seeks to deepen the two women's (suspended) experience in front of the viewer and the recipient by reviving philosophical metaphors in a poetic scene and presenting them at multiple levels that fall from comic realism to surrealism.
