In this latest series of paintings, the shocking vibration presented by Ammar Hammoud in his black and white and calligraphic drawings that transform his work into a quasi-electronic painting. ‘Which path are you on?’ he asks of us, and from here begins the  visual shock that evokes a painful flow that reflects his lived experiences of protest through his media and his life. This protest has thus far been a silent one, but it has now exploded in the form of graphic paintings with black and white borders laced with the courage of a fighter. Ammar Hammoud wants the world to get out of his programmed digital tablet and take form based on instinct and possibility.
