The Live Cooking for this week will feature Mrs. Georgette Tenn from Saghbine who is part of Darb el Karm and the Food Heritage Foundation. She will be concocting a traditional frikeh salad, fried pumpkin kebbe, fatayers shanklish, veggies and potato.

Meet the local producers and farmers like the Bousaab brothers from Ain Zhalta, Mounit emm dib from Kfarnis, Rania's cottage from Niha and many others.....

Taste the regional specialities, the Mir Amin Hrisse and Lawzyeh  and enjoy local organic wines and cheeses.

A bus ride is available. Departure from Starco, Beirut at 5.30 pm., and return from Beiteddine at 9:30 pm.
